Gentle grip with feet spread a tad farther apart.

Like a lot of golfers I have a problem with "casting". As seen on video your wrists break down and you start to release before impact. You are missing the lag that generates club head speed. It can cause a hook-or if delayed too long cause a push. I have suffered the indignity of seeing this on tape numerous times with different teachers who have offered different solutions none of which worked.
Finally I had a great brief lesson with a pro who spotted my problem immediately without video. He gave me what I needed: a good simple drill to cure the problem.
Try this: swing your club with the left hand only. You can do this at home / in the yard, on the range and even in your warm up swing. Your left wrist (I am right handed) will not break down and your right hand can not dominate and mess up your release because it is not on the club. This drill will also help to build strength in your left arm / wrist-something we right handed golfers can all use. It helps to quiet our dominant right hand.
Also try the right hand only drill. Eventually each hand will do its separate task and they will work together for some real snap and improved distance. This is a recent development and the success comes and goes but I still think it is on track and worth pursuing. Pat Duggan

Absolutely. Just look at the pro's hands and club position at impact. The hands are always ahead of the clubhead. Thanks for the good drill advice.
